Thank you for shopping with RR Performance LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent returns process.
1. Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless required by law.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Perishable goods or items with expiration dates that have passed.
Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
RR Performance LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Who Pays for Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item),
the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order by email at:

The product(s) you wish to return
The reason for return
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
You will not be charged any processing or restocking fees.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
9. Policy Coverage
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store at rrperformancellc.store and is valid for customers in the United States.
